How to get FOIL book
outside of Japan

All the publications of FOIL are available at large bookshops in Japan.
In the case that the books are out of stock at the shop, you may ask the
shop to back-order the books from us. Any book shops in Japan can deal with such requests.

If you need the books urgently, you can order the books directly from us
by following the steps below.

Free shipping on orders over 5,000 yen.
Free shipping and handling charges for COD on orders over 10,000 yen.

How to pay

We accept payment only by COD (cash on delivery) service of Sagawa Express.
Shipping costs and handling charges for COD service are not included in the prices of the books.

The total amount of your payment will come to:
the price of the book (tax included) + shipping charge (300 yen)*+ handling charge* for COD service

*EXCEPT Okinawa, isolated islands and certain areas specified by Sagawa
*Handling charge for Sagawa COD service is 300 yen for all the domestic areas
except Okinawa (to Okinawa, 320 yen will be charged.)

In addition to payment in cash, Sagawa COD service also accepts the following credit cards and debit cards.

JCB, VISA, MASTER CARD, ORICO, SAISON CARD, OMC, KYODO CARD, KC CREDIT, MYCAL CARD, DINERS, AEON, LIFE, APLUS, ZENNICHI SHINPAN.

How to order

Please fill in the ORDER FORM.
We only accept orders made by the ORDER FORM.
Having filled in all the blanks of the ORDER FORM, click "Send" button.
When you see the message "Thank you!!" on display, your order has been successfully completed.

Having placed an order (except for orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), you will receive a confirmation mail within 24 hours which states the total amount of your payment and delivery dates.
In case you do not receive any reply mail from us even after three days have passed from the date of your order, please contact us again forconfirmation.

Attention!! You can't cancel your order after the receipt of our confirmation mail.
